WHEN IS THE PARK OPEN?
We are open from May-September for a spring and summer of fun! We open Weekends, School and Bank holidays. Sessions are on the hour every hour from 12pm to 3pm Although if we’re busy we will open more, so for availability its best to check our BOOK NOW page where you can see our open dats.
ARE ACTIVITIES SUPERVISED?
Safety in all things is priority at Aqua Splash. Each activity is supervised by RLSS fully-qualified lifeguards. We also have an extensive selection of safety equipment available as standard. For children under 12 and over 6 they must be supervised on the park by an adult with a ticket for themselves.
ADVERSE WEATHER
The activity will remain open in all weather conditions except the following:High WindsThunder & LightningAny other condition the Duty Manager on the day deems unsafeWe will move bookings to another date free of charge in these circumstances.Rain is not considered an extreme weather as you are going to get wet anyway.In the event of an extreme weather condition, Aqua Splash will endeavour to contact all booked participants on the day 2 hours before their booked session. We work off of live weather as in the past forecasted weather has not hit the site and led to customer complaints for not opening. Please keep an eye out for an email from us regarding your booking if there is a forecasted extreme weather event.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
Minimum age is 6 to go on the park, under 12’s must be directly supervised at all times on the park.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes, we have an off-road car park and spaces for multiple coaches all FREE
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes, group and party discounts are available on request. Groups 10+ people will receive a 10% discount, and groups 20+ people will receive a 20% discount. Also look out for a family ticket that’s an incredible 30% off.
CAN I USE A SELFIE STICK OR GOPRO?
No to the selfie stick but yes to the GoPro (at your own risk, not on a stick or strapped to the chest)
CAN I BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE?
No food and drink from outside of the park is permitted except for party package birthday cakes. There are cafes on both sites, that are not operated by us.
DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK?
All sessions must be pre-booked. Strictly NO walk-ins will be permitted.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Dogs are allowed but must be cleaned up after and kept on leads.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Sorry we do not currently have lockers on either site, but we have CCTV and all customers are registered.
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES/SHOWERS?
We do not have showers; we are on remote sites that do not benefit from utilities currently but we are planning for the future.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT OUT MY TICKETS?
No, just show us your email.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TICKET?
Check your junk file as they’re normally there, if not please contact info@aqua-splash.co.uk
HOW DO I FIND YOU?
Have a look on your ticket or the contact us page. Although read carefully as our addresses are not completely on Sat Navs.
I’M NOT GOING ON THE PARK, WHAT DO I DO?
We have a viewing area for non-participants. Only 1 spectator per purchased ticket.
CAN I DO A GROUP WAIVER?
Over 16’s must sign their own waiver, under 16’s need one signed on their behalf by an over 18. You can sign for multiple children on the waiver screen.
WHAT SAFETY EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
All equipment is supplied for your day.
HOW MANY ADULTS PER OVER 6-YEAR-OLD/UNDER 12-YEAR-OLD TO SUPERVISE?
1 supervisor per 5 participants and they must be on the park.
I HAVE A CHILD WITH SEN, IS THIS A SUITABLE ACTIVITY?
Each child is different, and we offer ‘carer goes free’. Please email us for more information.

WHAT DO I WEAR ON THE COURSE?
Please wear swimwear, gym wear or anything you don’t mind getting wet in!
I NEED TO MOVE MY SESSION DATE/TIME
Email in from the email you booked on so we can verify your identity with what date you would like to move to and session time. Please note: transfer fee’s may apply.
