WHEN IS THE PARK OPEN?
We are open from April-September for a spring and summer of fun! Check out our location page here to see our operating times.
ARE ACTIVITIES SUPERVISED?
Safety in all things is priority at Aqua Splash. Each activity is supervised by RLSS fully-qualified lifeguards. We also have an extensive selection of safety equipment available as standard and for purchase.s.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
Minimum age is 6 to go on the park, under 12's must be directly supervised at all times.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes, we have an off-road car park with approximately 200 spaces and spaces for multiple coaches.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes, group and party discounts are available on request. Groups 10+ people will receive a 10% discount, and groups 20+ people will receive a 15% discount.
CAN I USE A SELFIE STICK OR GOPRO?
No to the selfie stick but yes to the GoPro (at your own risk, not on a stick or strapped to the chest)
CAN I BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE?
No food and drink from outside of the park is permitted. We have vending machines and a cafe located on site.
DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK?
Due to COVID-19, all sessions must be pre-booked. Strictly NO walk-ins will be permitted.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Unfortunately this year we are not allowing any dogs on site.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Our changing room and locker facilities are closed due to gov guidelines.
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES/SHOWERS?
Due to the latest government guidelines, all changing rooms and showers will be closed.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT OUT MY TICKETS?
Yes OR a digital version is fine.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY TICKET?
Check your junk file as they're normally there, if not please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

I'M NOT GOING ON THE PARK, WHAT DO I DO?
We have a viewing area for non-participants. Only 1 spectator per purchased ticket.
CAN I DO A GROUP WAIVER?
Over 16's must sign their own waiver, under 16's need one signed on their behalf by an over 18. You can sign for multiple children on the waiver screen.
WHAT SAFETY EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
All equipment is supplied for your day.
ARE WETSUITS MANDATORY?
Wet-suits are not mandatory. However, you can BYO wet-suits this year, we will not be hiring any due to government restrictions.
HOW MANY ADULTS PER OVER 6-YEAR-OLD/UNDER 12-YEAR-OLD TO SUPERVISE?
1 supervisor per 3 participants.
I HAVE A CHILD WITH SEN, IS THIS A SUITABLE ACTIVITY?
Each child is different, and we offer 'carer goes free'. Please email us for more information.
DO YOU DO KIDS PARTY PACKAGES?
Group over 10 people 10% discount, Groups 20+ receive 15% discount. We do not supply food with this offer, however there is a cafe on site if you would like to purchase food after your party. Please email us on email@example.com.
I HAVE TO SHIELD AFTER PURCHASING MY TICKETS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately we can't issue refunds, however if you do need to shield after purchasing your ticket please contact us and we can move your booking to the next available date.
I can't find your address on my SAT-NAV?
Don’t enter the postcode into your Sat-Nav as it will take you to the wrong entrance for the land, instead enter Redricks Lane into the road name and look for the signs
What do I wear on the course?
Please wear swimwear, gymwear or anything you don't mind getting wet in! We will not be hiring wet-suits this year.
I NEED TO MOVE MY SESSION DATE/TIME
If it has been less than 24 hours since the booking was made, you can move to another available date free of charge. If it has been over 24 hours, there is a £5 transfer fee per person.
